Cancellation Policy
When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss a chance to receive my services. So there is a 50% cancellation fee for any service if a 48 hour notice isn’t given. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by texting me at (270)601-1080. All services are final. I do not offer refunds. If at any time I have to start taking deposits due to no-shows/cancellations deposits will be non-refundable, no exceptions. A deposit would be used to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance would need to be paid upon the day of the service. Thank you, Kaylan Ortt.
